- All of the graphics on Dina's Designs Graphics have been mouse drawn by me and the photos are personally arranged and taken by me, therefore I own the copyrights. Purchase and use of any of the sets does not mean that the copyright is transferred to the user, that is still retained by me.

- All of our sets and clip art may be used either for your personal or commercial website.

- The clip art from our collections can be used as printables for crafts labels, tags, etc,.

- None of the graphics may be cropped, resized, re-colored, or otherwise altered, except for the clip art in our collections for printing.

- None of the graphics may be resold either individually or as a group.

- You must provide a link back to Dina's Designs Graphics on every page that our graphics are used. This may be a graphic or a text link.

- If you are a web designer and wish to use my sets or clip art collections for your client's websites, please contact me as you will need to obtain a license for such use.
